Q: How do I rent a parcel from Gold Estate?
A: Renting is simple! Once you find an available parcel you love, simply right-click the rent box located on the land, select “Pay,” and choose the number of weeks you wish to rent. The land will automatically be assigned to you.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All land rentals are processed in-world using Linden Dollars (L$). Simply pay the rental box or terminal directly.
Q: Can I share my land with a partner or friends?
A: Absolutely. Once you rent a parcel, you can invite your partner or friends to the land group. This will give them the ability to rez objects, build, and enjoy the space with you. If you need assistance setting up group roles, contact our support team.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: All rental payments are final. We do not offer refunds if you decide to leave your land early. However, if you wish to upgrade to a larger parcel within Gold Estate, please contact us, and we can transfer your remaining rental credit to your new land.
Q: Are there any restrictions on what I can build?
A: We encourage creativity! However, to maintain a premium, lag-free experience for all residents, we ask that you avoid using excessively script-heavy objects or physics-intensive builds. Please respect your neighbors and adhere to the maturity rating (Moderate/Adult) of your specific region.
Q: What happens if I miss my rent payment?
A: We understand that real life comes first. If your rent expires, we provide a standard grace period (e.g., 3 days) before the land is reclaimed. We highly recommend paying in advance to avoid any disruptions or returning of your objects.

A: Our experienced team is here for you 24/7. You can submit a support ticket through our website, use the support terminal at our in-world main office, or send an IM/Notecard directly to one of our Estate Managers.
